When we keep nature in mind, we live healthier lives, build healthier organisations,
and protect the health of our planet.
Nature in Mind supports individuals and organisations living and working in the London area to explore and deepen their connection to the natural world - for more wellbeing, more clarity, more creativity, and more pro-nature behaviours.
What we do...
Ongoing scientific research now confirms what we intuitively understand - that connecting with nature delivers measurable business benefits:

-
up to 60% reduced workplace stress
-
12% improved cognitive performance
-
23% decreased sick leave (saving £1,600 per employee annually)
-
enhanced productivity worth approximately £2,400 per employee yearly.
Through our one-off sessions or long-term programmes in London's ancient forests and woodlands, we help your employees experience these transformative benefits, weaving nature connection into your organisation's culture and enhancing wellbeing, productivity, and sustainability - from the forest to the boardroom!
